You can start the motherboard by touching the two pins that say power on or PW+ PW+ or something like that with something metal for a second or so - a flathead screwdriver, a metal paperclip. Plug the 24pin cable, the 8 pin cpu and the connectors for the video card and just that. Install just one stick of ram in the slot furthest away from the cpu and the video card (the bracket should be able to sit over the edge of the motherboard and have the video card sit properly in the slot - another reason why the box is useful for testing) remove sata, remove m.2 ssds if any, unplug cables. Take the motherboard out, put it on the motherboard box so that it's not sitting on anything conductive. I'd suggest going down to the minimum to test. Has anyone from Canada tried calling them? I don't see Canada listed anywhere so figured I'd have to call the international line.ĮDIT: Figured it out, I realized that the Game Capture HD app was missing a driver.Did you install standoffs between motherboard and case? If not, I'd like to connect with the customer service rep but I live in Canada and it says "long distance charges apply". Does anyone have any possible troubleshooting advice? I've tried everything (switching HDMI and USB cables and ports, removing HDCP, reinstalling program, reset etc), no luck. I'm trying to capture from PS4 and Switch.
